1. Payment: A credit/debit card/ACH will be required to be kept on file for all recurring services. The customer will receive a “Request for Card on File” to the email address we have on file. No services will be completed until a source of payment is stored on file with Bermuda Dude Lawn Care Co., LLC.
2. Unpaid Invoices: After each service has been completed, the card on file will be charged on the day of service. If the payment is declined, a $10+tax surcharge will be applied to the invoice and all services will halt until the open invoice is paid in full. Some cases may be excusable and will be evaluated by a case-by-case scenario.
3. Delinquent Invoices: All services are due on the day of service. The customer has a 7-day grace period to pay the delinquent invoice if the payment did not go through on the day of service. After the 7-day grace period has passed, a late fee of $35+tax will be applied to the delinquent invoice on the 8th day. If that same invoice goes unpaid for a total of 30 days, a letter of intent will be sent by certified mail that details that a lien will be placed on the property within a 15-day span from the point the letter was received. When the 15-day period passes after the letter was received, a lien will be filed with the Brazoria County Clerk’s office. The customer will soon be notified that a lien was placed on their property.
